After an award-winning career in automotive sales management, Mr. Gunter has established himself as a successful independent Oil & Gas
Landman, having provided professional services to a variety of Exploration companies throughout North America. He has extensive
experience in all aspects of land work in the Barnett Shale, Eagleford Shale, Appalachian Basin, East Texas, the Rockies and NW Louisiana.
In addition, he has done Investor Relations work for Independent Operators and assisted private investors in acquiring producing and non
producing mineral interests.
Larry Smith, Sr. Land / ROW Manager

Since 1974, Larry Smith has been working in the oil and gas industry throughout the southern United States, including Texas, North
Louisiana, and Oklahoma. After a brief stint as an independent landman he went on to become the Gulf Coast Land Manager for Sun
Exploration in 1981. After leaving Sun in 1985 Larry decided to go back to being an independent to work on other projects. His experience
is vast and includes staking well locations, roads and pipelines, dealing with landowner issues, settling damages, JOAs, managing title crews
and other in house duties.

Associate of Arts in General Business with Real estate concentration. Tyler Junior College
Barry has been working in the oil and gas industry since 1978, where he started as a mudlogger and then as a Geologist for Western
Geophysical Co. after graduating college. He then went on to enter the land side of the industry in the 1990's as a inhouse landman for a
small company out of Longview for their Rocky Mountain assets. He has since kept busy as a oil scout, landman and in ROW for companies
such as El Paso, Arrington Oil and Gas and EOG Resources and has worked in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas and Colorado.
